Ashutosh did his masters in mass communication from MCRC, Jamia. He has also done a diploma in Film cinematography from FTII. His  short films and documentaries as a writer and director have screened at various film festivals .  He has worked as associate DP and 1st ac on  several projects like Hush Hush , Rangbaaz  among others . He recently finished a web series titled  "Therapy Sherapy" as second unit cinematographer and an independent feature film.
